  • Certificates (e.g. on qualifications and further training)
  • Other certificates or references (e.g. internships or voluntary social work)

What should you include in your CV?

The following points should be included in your CV:

  • Your personal details: name, address, telephone number, email address
  • School education and work experience (internships, holiday jobs, etc.)
  • Additional information, if applicable
  • Stays abroad, special knowledge (foreign languages, computer skills, etc.)
  • Hobbies and interests
  • Place and date
What is the dress code for a job interview?

You should pay special attention to a smart and well-groomed appearance. Think about the position you have applied for and what clothing seems appropriate. Refrain from wearing sporty clothes (jeans and a T-shirt). Nevertheless, the basic rule is: wear clothes that you feel comfortable in.

What questions will I be asked in the interview?

You should be able to evaluate yourself. In the interview, you will be asked questions about your career and your goals. Also think about questions like:

  • What do you know about the company?
  • Which business departments would you be interested in?
  • Why do you want to work for us above any other company?

Once again, it is important that you find out about your desired position in advance and familiarise yourself with our company.

How long will my interview last?

Generally speaking, the time a job interview takes varies. You should plan between 30 and 60 minutes. We also offer online interviews via Microsoft Teams. This way you don't have to plan extra time for travelling to and from the interview.

How far in advance should I apply for an internship?

The selection process for this takes place 2-3 months before the start of the internship. Ideally, you should apply 3 months before the start of the internship.

How far in advance should I apply for a university place?

You should apply at least one year in advance. Please indicate when you are available for the pre-study internship.

Is it possible to skip the internship if you have already completed an internship in another company?

The internship does not only serve to get to know processes and structures, but above all to get to know each other on a personal level - therefore, the internship offers a great opportunity for both sides.
That's why an internship already completed in another company is not enough.

Can I get to my workplace by public transport?

If you are looking for a job in our company, mobility is an important requirement (car, motorbike, public transport, etc.). Rust does not have its own train station, but the public transport options in and around Rust are very good. A bus route even runs directly in front of the employee entrance.
